Pecan macaron shell with vanilla buttercream, and butterscotch in the center, rolled in toasted pecans.
Maple Butter
Inspired by Waffle House: a traditional macaron shell filled with a buttery maple cream. Like waffles in a cookie form.
Coca-Cola
Iconic spiral shell with traditional vanilla buttercream, a Coke-flavored jelly in the middle and a hint of flavorless pop-rocks for fizz.
Peach
Traditional macaron shell with vanilla buttercream and peach compote in the middle.
Biscoff
Traditional macaron shell with cookie crumbles baked on top, Biscoff buttercream, and a cookie butter center - all rolled in crumbled Biscoff cookies.

The world is your oyster when it comes to flavors! I think of flavor creation and development as my specialty, so if you have a favorite paring or dessert, let me try to make it into a macaron for you! Here are a few custom flavors I’ve done in the past: cannoli, banana, oreo, pecan pie, key lime pie, and mint chocolate to name a few.

Teacher’s gifts, party favors, macaron towers, and more! We can make custom two packs, four packs, six packs, 18-boxes, towers, and everything in between. We can spell out your name in macarons!!! Create your own flavors or ask for the greatest hits - there’s no limit to the fun we can have.
